Refund policy

At Sole Theory we want to make sure every customer is 100% happy.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 60 days from purchase.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags, 
  • In its original packaging,
  • Not damaged packaging, due to change of mind or wrong size.
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

The faster way to ensure you  receive the item you want is to  make a separate purchase for the item and  get in contact with us to return the item you have for a refund.

We will of course cover the return shipping on these type of issues.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have been issued with a refund but have yet to receive it, please contact your relevant financial institution with regards to any payment delays (e.g. PayPal, bank).

There is often some processing time involved before a refund is completed and available back into your selected method of payment. 

If you have completed this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us  at soletheory@outlook.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you've simply been sent the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us at sales@belaced.com.au

We will of course cover the return shipping on these type of issues.

Return Shipping
For change of mind purchases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If the original item was defective, damaged or we have send you the wrong item, we will refund you the cost of the shipping, when we process your approved refund. Please enclose proof of postage fees in your email to us.

When shipping an item back to us we strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

Please note, some items are considered as dangerous  good and have additional requirement when being shipped back to us.

Sale items/Clearance Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note, we  do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
